CU CRASH CONFERENCE
Goals: Prior site had a 1990's look. Design intent was for a modern, professional yet fun look. Maintenance goals were for easy updating by staff with low level of html and Dreamweaver skills.
Results: Site development cost less than 1/3 of other quotes. Staff has successfully maintained the site for 2 years at an annual savings of thousands. Traffic and customer registration has significantly increased over prior years.

DEEP SOUTH COMMUNICATIONS
Goal: As a full-service cell tower provider with local, state, and federal government clients, Deep South's design goals for for a high-tech, distinctive look. Integration with GSA services is vital.
Result: Site came in under budget within the planned time frame and has helped increase reach from prospects. Lifeline Alliance handled the GSA process, enabling clients to order all parts and services through the approved federal government procurement system.
NATIONAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE INDEX
Goal: Provide highly functional directory resource organized by state, facilitating easy connection of people needing help with addiction and service providers.
Result: Significant traffic and participation from this community, including ongoing requests for help and contributions from a variety of service providers.
DRUG REHAB LIFELINE
Goal: Connect service providers and those needing help with addiction by reaching out to families and triggering requests for help. Design goal was a clear, simple offer of help without the overwhelming clutter of data so common to other referral sites.
Result: There is currently an ongoing, steady flow of requests for help resulting in immediate connection to well-matched service providers.
